By accessing or using this website operated by PracTac (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

PracTac provides simulation-based home-defense training using laser-based firearms simulators. No live ammunition is used. However, participants must still exercise responsible behavior and obey all instructor directions.

Nothing on this website or in our training constitutes legal advice regarding firearm possession, concealed carry, or defensive use of force.

COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE & LOCAL LAW

Firearm and self-defense laws vary widely. Even though our training uses laser simulation equipment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You alone are responsible for knowing and following federal, Florida, and local laws.
• We do not certify your legal eligibility to own, carry, or use any firearm.
• Participation in our training does not guarantee lawful justification for any real-world
  use of force.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in Florida) and legally capable of
entering into a binding contract.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—text, images, videos, graphics, trademarks, service marks, course materials, and software—is owned by PracTac or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

When booking through Trafft or any other system:

• You agree that all information you provide is accurate.
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
• You agree to the cancellation and refund policies displayed during checkout.

Florida state consumer-protection laws may provide you with certain rights. Nothing in these
Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless PracTac, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities arising from use of this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts of Miami-Dade, Florida, or the federal court for the Middle/Southern/Northern District of Florida, depending on your location.

SEVERABILITY

If a section of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
